How to Order, Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy and Procedure

Ordering: After you have filled your shopping bag, click on the "view contents" button to review your selections and checkout. Paypal is our preferred method of payment. It doesn't matter if you don't have a Paypal account, you can still make payments using your credit card through Paypal without creating an account. If you need to send a Money Order/Cashiers Check, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping:

Domestic Orders: Flat Rate USPS Priority Shipping is only $5.95. It doesn't matter what your total is, or how much it weighs! 8.1% Sales Tax will be added to Arizona orders.

International Orders: Orders will be shipped by First Class Mail International. Postage will be calculated automatically during checkout in Paypal, by weight, and destination country.

Return and Refund Policy: Your items are not made until you place your order. They are custom made just for you! Please be as sure as possible that you are ordering the correct size in the item you desire. Items may be exchanged for a different size in the identical item or returned for store credit. Important Exception: Jackets and Two-Fabric Specialty Leotards cannot be size exchanged, or returned for store credit. There are no refunds.

Return and Exchange Procedure: Items must be postmarked for return within 5 days of delivery to you. The items must be returned in the same condition as when received, unworn, unsoiled, with tag. Please make sure undergarments are worn when trying on items, and if the items are going to be returned, placed right back in the bag. Since Adult Large is the largest size available, please keep in mind that there are no exchanges for a larger size. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Exchanged items will be shipped USPS First Class Mail. Important: Only two items may be returned for store credit or size exchanged, per order. Please be sure of the items and sizes you need before placing a large order. Send an email, letting us know that you are returning your items, the reason for the return, and which items you would like in exchange.
